Returns & Exchanges policy.

What is your returns & exchanges policy?
Print-on-demand Items:

  • All sales are final for print-on-demand products (Listed in product description) 
  • No Returns or exchanges for print-on-demand products and apparel

Non- Print-on-demand Items:

For items not listed as print-on-demand, Palehorse has a policy which includes a refund on cost for the item(s) purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your unworn / new condition item(s) to me for a refund. My return policy is effective for up to 30 days of original purchase.

I want you to enjoy the experience when purchasing my products and artwork, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please follow the easy steps below to place a return or exchange:

Returns

  • Step #1: Contact me by clicking Here and include your order number and return request in an email to Chris Parks.
  • Step #2: Mail your item(s) back to me using the return address listed below and write on the packing slip that you would like a refund for the item(s) returned.

Exchanges

My inventory levels tend to change pretty rapidly. The way to “exchange” an item for another item is to place a new order for the item desired, and return your current item back to me:

  • Step #1 - Buy new item
  • Step #2 - Follow the step above to place a return.

Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok). *The one exception for purchases is that all sales for any digital content are final.

What if I received incorrect or defective product with my order?

If you received a wrong or defective item with your order, I apologize for the blunder and will be sure to make it right for you. Please contact me at chris@palehorsedesign.com, and I will issue a printable shipping label to return the wrong item(s) back to me, and get you your correct order in full at no cost to you. While I strive for perfection, know that mistakes do happen on rare occasions, so I appreciate your patience when this happens.
